Reporting Student ABSENCES
By 9:00 AM on the day your student is absent, parents/guardians must notify the Main Office reporting the absence. Absences not reported by parents/guardians will be marked “unexcused” and will remain unexcused until we receive notification as follows:
Please include student's full name, grade, date(s) and reason for the absence.

SIGNING OUT OF SCHOOL
If your student needs to leave early during the school day (i.e. appointment or early release), they need to bring a note from home stating the following:
- Student Name (First & Last) and grade
- Reason for leaving
- Time they are leaving
- Skyward approved Parent/Guardian signature & phone number
If a student does not have a note, parent/guardian will have to come into the main office and sign the student out. The student will be called out of class at the time you come to pick them up.
Parents/guardians may use/print our PJ Jacobs Student Release Form as a note. (We have extra's in the main office that families can grab).
Send the form or parent note with your student the day of the appointment or release. This will act as the students pass out of class/school. If you are unable to print this form, that is okay! Send them with a note on any paper that works for you!
