Project SEARCH is a high school transition program that provides business-led, one-year, school-to-work opportunities directly in the workplace for its participants. These strategically designed internships facilitate a seamless combination of classroom instruction, career exploration, and relevant job-skills training.
The Stevens Point Area School District has partnered with Project SEARCH and University of Wisconsin-School of Education to provide this unique and exciting opportunity for our students.
Open House/Information Night:Thursday, January 13th 2022 at 5:00pm
On January 13th, students interested in applying for Project Search will stay after school. Staff members and students will take the city bus to UWSP for a tour and some group activities, then will take the city bus back to SPASH to meet parents for an informational presentation and pizza at 5:00pm!
Applications will be due Friday, February 4th 2022

Assessment day will be held on Friday, February 25th.
Students will recieve an invitation to assessment day in mid February.
Students accepted into Project Search will be notified of their acceptance within several weeks of the assessment day.
