Our team is responsible for the upkeep of mechanical and electrical systems, equipment, and overall facility maintenance, ensuring that students, staff, and visitors can thrive in a secure, healthful environment. We take pride in enhancing the appearance and functionality of our buildings and grounds, always striving for excellence while being mindful of cost-efficiency.

The primary goal of the Buildings and Grounds Department is to provide a safe, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing environment where the district can accomplish its educational objectives. We aim to extend the life and maximize the potential of all district facilities, minimize disruptions, and ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

- Fire & Safety Hazard Reduction: Identify and mitigate fire and safety hazards to ensure the security of all district buildings.

Our team’s commitment to excellence ensures that every 1,338,542 square feet of our facilities across 360 acres are ready to support the educational mission of the district while enhancing the overall experience for students, staff, and visitors.
Maintenance Requests
For any maintenance requests or concerns, please contact your building's custodian directly. They are your first point of contact for addressing issues related to the upkeep of your school or facility. Our custodians work closely with the Buildings and Grounds Department to ensure that all maintenance needs are handled promptly and efficiently, helping to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.
If further assistance is needed, custodians will escalate requests to the Buildings and Grounds Department for additional support.
