Scheduled Test of Notification System

This was only a test of the Stevens Point Area Public School District’s notification system. We set up the test this fall to confirm contact information is accurate before winter weather begins.

• Families:
  1. Log in to Skyward Family Access and check that your phone numbers and email addresses are correct.
  2. If you need help updating, call your child’s school office. School staff can confirm or update your information for you.
  3. Check your phone/email settings to make sure SPAPSD messages are not blocked or marked as spam.
      
• Staff:
  1. Log in to Employee Access and check your personal contact information.
  2. If the contact information needs to be updated, contact HR.
  3. If the contact information is correct, but you still did not receive the test message, contact the Communications Office.

Sometimes one contact method is correct while others are missing or outdated. Please verify all numbers and emails in Skyward Family Access (families) or Employee Access (staff).

In the event of a school closure, delay, or early release, messages will be sent through email, phone, and text. Updates will also be posted on the district website, social media, and local media outlets
