At the Stevens Point Area Public School District, we are proud to celebrate Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week as an opportunity to recognize the incredible educators and staff who make a difference in the lives of our students every day.

We know that parents, guardians, students, and community members see firsthand the dedication of our teachers, educational assistants, principals, clerical staff, custodians, food service workers, bus drivers, and administrators. This is your chance to share your gratitude and celebrate the amazing people who keep our schools running and create a positive learning environment for all.

Ways to Show Your Appreciation

🎉 Celebrate on Social Media – #PointProud

Help us spread positivity and gratitude by sharing your appreciation on social media using #PointProud! Here’s how you can participate:
✅ Send a Photo or Video – Share a picture or short video of your child with their favorite teacher or staff member.

✅ Record a ‘Thank You’ Message – Submit a 5-second video clip of your child (or you!) saying “thank you” to a teacher or staff member.

✅ Share a Story – Tell us about a teacher or staff member who has made a positive impact on your child's life.

✅ Write a Message of Thanks – Post your appreciation on social media with #PointProud anytime during the week of May 5-9.

💌 Send a Personalized E-Postcard

Want to send a personal message? Submit a digital postcard to be delivered to a teacher or staff member!
📩 Visit our district website and look for the Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week section. There, you'll find a simple form to send a note of thanks to any staff member.
📅 Deadline: Messages will be delivered on Monday, May 5.

🎨 Get Creative!

Encourage your child to make a card, draw a picture, or create a poster celebrating teachers and staff! You can:
🎨 Drop it off at your child’s school for delivery.
📸 Take a photo and share it on social media using #PointProud.
