Application Guidelines

The Education Enrichment Fund Advisory Committee has established the following guidelines to help applicants as they develop their grant proposals:

  1. The application must be for an innovative PROJECT that will enhance education; it cannot be for a piece of equipment or something that would be “nice to have.”
  2. All equipment and supplies obtained as part of a grant will stay with the school should the teacher change jobs.
  3. It is not the intention of the Committee to fund personnel stipends.
  4. All recipients will be required to submit a summary report at the end of the school year, including a printout of all expenses from the business office.
  5. The Committee intends to fund projects on an all/none basis. However, in the rare instance of partially funding a project, recipients should identify how their intended project could move forward. 
  6. If, due to curriculum changes, the recipient is not able to use the money as requested, the money will be placed back into the Education Enrichment Fund for the following school year.
  7. All monies received MUST BE used as proposed in the grant application, subject to an audit at the end of the school year. 
  8. Anyone may apply for Enrichment Fund grants. (teachers, parents/guardians, other family members, students, etc.)
