Our Mission: Safe and Healthy Meals for Students
Menu Choices
We are continually incorporating new healthy and delicious breakfast and lunch options into our menus, taking into account student suggestions and local trends. We strive to provide a variety of menu items in order to satisfy a wide range of tastes.
Nutrition Standards
Our participation in the School Breakfast Program and the National School Lunch Program ensures that we adhere to strict USDA nutrition and meal pattern requirements.
Fresh Produce
Infusing fresh, local flavors into our menus is a priority, bringing students the freshest possible produce available. We currently partner with organic family farms and orchards within Central Wisconsin as a means to support Farm-to-School (F2S) initiatives and provide our students with locally-grown produce.
Mobile Menus
School menus, nutrition values and allergen information are conveniently available through Nutrislice. Visit your school's website for the link, or download the free Nutrislice app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Food Safety
Our hardworking staff receive ongoing training in food safety and other relevant topics in order to ensure that the food we serve is prepared, served and stored properly, and that our kitchens are clean and sanitary.
Healthy Learning
Students are encouraged to learn about nutrition and healthy meal options through fun and engaging activities and themed events throughout the school year.
Office Hours
The Food Service Office is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding most federally observed holidays.
Location
The Food Service Office is located in the Support Services building at 3400 Water Street, Stevens Point.
