You may have to schedule times for your family to stream video, work, game, etc to conserve your bandwidth.
Consider using your cell phone for video conferencing, depending on your data plan. Switch off the Wi-Fi and use the Google Meet app (Android,Apple)
Ask your internet provider about upgrading your Wi-Fi router. If these devices are old or haven’t been replaced in the last 5 years, you need an update.
