Miss Terrie Aschenbrenner

My goal is to assist every child in feeling valued, and effectively prepare them for their amazing futures ahead of them!  I have been teaching since 2006.  Before joining the Stevens Point School District, I taught for two years in a remote Athabaskan village in Alaska.  I have degrees in Elementary Education, English, and Creative Writing.  I am a mom of three amazing kids. My youngest, Sydney, is a second grader at McKinley.  I have been teaching first grade at McKinley Center since 2013.  I genuinely love children and put my heart and soul into making everyday a positive one!
