Big Steps & Special Guests in Jumpstart to Kindergarten

Future kindergarteners in the Jumpstart to Kindergarten Summer School program welcomed a very special guest this week: Superintendent Hirsbrunner!
Designed to bridge the gap between 4K and elementary school, Jumpstart to Kindergarten helps students sharpen their skills and get comfortable in real kindergarten classrooms. By meeting district teachers, children build the confidence they need to take their next big steps in the fall.
The program keeps students engaged through hands-on activities that integrate art, music, and play, and as a former kindergarten teacher, Dr. Hirsbrunner was excited to dive into the fun alongside them!
