Summer School Transportation

CLICK HERE for additional information on Summer School 2023 Transportation boundaries

During Summer School 2023 Students in grades 4K - 12 are eligible to receive District transportation (busing) to and from summer school at Kennedy (Kennedy area only), Madison, McKinley, Roosevelt and SPASH.

In order for students in grades 4K - 4 to receive district transportation, the pick-up and drop-off address must be within the summer school attendance area boundary. Please see the Summer School Transportation chart below for additional information on summer school attendance area boundaries.

Students in grades 9-12 will have busing available to SPASH prior to Period 1 classes beginning and after summer school classes end at 12:45. If your student requires busing but is only enrolled in one course, they will need to remain at SPASH for the duration of the summer school day or make alternate arrangements for pick up.

Registration for Summer School busing will take place in Skyward Family Access when you register for summer school course(s).  Please register for busing at the same time you register for summer school courses.

If you have questions or need assistance with Summer School transportation pickup and/or dropoff times, please contact the Transportation Department at 715-345-5477.

Students requiring transportation will attend the summer school site based on the attendance area for the summer address.
For example: If the student will be bused from childcare during the summer, the student must attend the summer school site based on the childcare's address. If you are not certain which summer school site your child will attend, please contact the Transportation Department at 715-345-5477 or use the District Routing Information available to determine the attendance area. In order to receive District Transportation (busing), the pick-up and drop-off location must be within the same summer school attendance area boundary.

Transportation is NOT available for the following summer school courses:

  • Panther Performance
  • Camp Invention
  • Music Lessons (band and orchestra)
  • Swimming Lessons
  • Music Camps
  • Football Camps
